Split Pulley
This design is a single thickness of metal, blanked and separated at the outer circumference to form the groove.
Spun Pulley
This is also a single thickness design. Diameters range from 4½” to 8½” with the capability of various groove configurations.
Stamped Pulley
Stamped Pulleys are two stamped halves placed together and welded with inside and outside spot welds.
Split Idler
Split Idlers can be manufactured in an array of sizes to meet customer requirements.
Stamped Idler
Stamped Idlers are produced from two stampings with a formed emboss to nest the bearing.
Machined Pulley
Machined pulleys, typically referred to as “turn steel” pulleys, are made from a single piece of bar stock steel.
